	In addition to the terms defined in the General Conditions of Sale, the following terms written in capital letters have the specified meaning, both plural and singular form: UPANICUNZATU, www.upanicunzatu.com and www.upanicunzatu.it, Web-store for Typical Products of Trapani: it indicates the Sale Division for Siken S.R.L. - legally located in Via Leonardo Sciascia n. 5 - 91100 Trapani - which is member of the Camera di Commercio of Trapani as n. 16890, P.I. 02312220813 CUSTOMER: it indicates the physical person that according to the Sale Contracts dealt with Upanicunzatu acts on his own. PARTS: Upanicunzatu and the Customer. SITE, WEBSITE: it indicates the website of which Upanicunzatu is the legal owner, the main English website is http://www.upanicunzatu.com while the Italian website is http://www.upanicunzatu.it PRODUCTS: they indicate the goods sold by Upanicunzatu to the Customer, pointed in the Order Confirmation and presenting the features and qualities described by the website. CONTRACT: it indicates the agreement, ruled by the present General Conditions of Sale, between Upanicunzatu and the Customer, following the acceptance by Upanicunzatu of the Order Confirmation; Upanicunzatu is committed to deliver the Products to the Customer according to the conditions and terms specified below or in the website. ORDER CONFIRMATION: it indicates the acceptance sent to Upanicunzatu through data transmission by the Customer of the unit price of the Product (that is the total price of the Products, in the event of multiple purchase), shipment and transport bills, features and qualities of the Product (or Products), custom house bills (in the event of shipment not in CEE Countries), conditions contained in the General Conditions of Sale.
2. Premise
2.1	Upanicunzatu performs its own e-commerce activity, to which the products sold in the website are offered. In respect to its business politics, Upanicunzatu has right to not deal with orders not complying its business politics.
2.2	The following statements is considered accepted by whoever becomes customer of Upanicunzatu through the website http://www.upanicunzatu.com: "Upanicunzatu.com acts as an online store with a general database which displays every product bought." The term “bought” is rightly used since Upanicunzatu buys the products directly from the suppliers at a set price and then sell them autonomously at a higher price. By paying an additional amount a supplier can decide to have also a personal sale channel consisting in a certain website which the final customer can buy from.
3. Conclusion and Subject of the Contract
3.1	The receipt of the Order Confirmation, sent through the Internet to Upanicunzatu, sets the conclusion of the contract.
3.2	With the conclusion of the contract Upanicunzatu is committed to provide the final Customer with the products requested, as expected by the aforementioned terms of the General Conditions of Sale, except when Upanicunzatu has the right to not fulfil orders of Customers not trustworthy enough.
3.3	By sending the Order Confirmation the Customer accepts unconditionally the aforementioned General Conditions of Sale which is bound to comply with while relating with Upanicunzatu.
3.4	By sending the Order Confirmation the Customer implies the full knowledge and acceptance of the aforementioned General Conditions of Sale and the further information contained in the website.
3.5	When the Contract is concluded as the Order Confirmation is received, Upanicunzatu will send to the Customer an e-mail with the details of the order (prices, quantities, products' features).
4. Statements, obligations, warrantees
4.1	Upanicunzatu sells only first choice products, which are bought directly from producers and retailers, accurately chosen for their strict quality checks.
4.2	Products are depicted by screenshots in the website but Upanicunzatu isn't able to guarantee the exact correspondence between a screenshot and the reality.
4.3	Both Parts involved acknowledge that the products on the website could not be available anymore at the moment the Customer visits the website. Prices can also be subject to changes and updates: prices are displayed in EURO and the payment must be in EURO.
4.4	Due to laws and customs at the moment we are not able to deliver some products in some Countries, therefore Orders from Customers living in these Countries cannot be accepted by Upanicunzatu.
5. Payments
5.1	The payment of products and concerning delivery fee must be made as explained in the Payment Methods section of this website, which are included in the General Conditions of Sale and therefore are considered completely known by the Customer when an Order Confirmation is sent.
5.2	If the payment is made through Credit Card the financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date) will be automatically forwarded to the Bank through encrypted protocols that prevent Upanicunzatu or everyone else to access them. Such information will not also used anymore, unless it is needed for reimbursements.
5.3	The final amount will be billed only when the package containing the products is sent to the Customer.
6. Delivery
6.1	Visit the Shipment & Delivery section of this website for further information, which are part of the General Conditions of Sale and therefore are considered completely known by the Customer when an Order Confirmation is sent.
